Terms of Use
Applies to SideMeld by Unevo Technologies Inc.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of SideMeld. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SideMeld.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use SideMeld. You are responsible for accurate account information and activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use SideMeld unlawfully, harm or harass others, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that violates another person’s rights.
4. User content
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Unevo a limited licence to store, display and use it only as needed to provide and operate SideMeld.
5. Availability and intellectual property
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. SideMeld’s software, design, branding and other proprietary content belong to Unevo Technologies Inc. or its licensors.
6. Termination
You may stop using SideMeld and delete your account. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
SideMeld is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Unevo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
